This is my 5th stay in Sleepy Hill Motor inn I love this place very neat and pool was amazing during our stay..We will visit again..

At check in, Lorraine (receptionist) wasnt very friendly. At the pool today, my family and I were sitting in the BBQ area by the pool deciding what to do for our evening; Lorraine came out to the guests already in the pool, and said they had to get out of the pool with their invited guests (not staying- but okayed by management to swim) as my family and I were waiting for pool. Walking past us, Lorraine asked us if we were waiting for the pool and we very clearly said NO. We never said anything about waiting for the pool. As the guests were leaving, they said to us, now you can go for a swim. We said what do you mean, and we were then told what had been said to them. We clarified we never said anything of that nature. We definitely wont be returning because of the customer service. Rooms are worth what you pay for. Good pool area (apart from the dead bugs/flies).
Clean and spacious. Plenty of beds in our bigger room with a table and small fridge, kettle and sink. Breakfast is continental with lots of choices including gluten free options. Would stay again.
My husband and I stayed here for two nights. We found the room had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable, the room was quiet even when we had people staying either side of us. Having breakfast included was a lovely touch. The place is very convenient heading to Nelson Bay, a beautiful spot not far away. The hosts were pleasant, made sure guests were well catered for. Thanks for having us!
