A perfect place to stay. The host's are lovely, and the unit is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need.
The hosts Peter and Glenys are very lovely, the accommodation is spot on great atmosphere, lovely bush setting.

Peter and Glenys the owners live on the same property, and go above and beyond when it comes to service and assistance, This self contained luxury villa has all you need some things to mention, free WiFi, full sized fridge and wall mounted flat screen TV full kitchen and reverse cycle A/C.Guests have access to the whole Villa and grounds, If you feel like a good old BBQ all you need to do is ask for it in advance (I think 12- 24 hrs notice) and it doesn't stop there, there is also a 6 person spa with built in TV or stereo WOW!. The negotiation is to allow the owners to make sure it is available and ready to go for you (It is heaven) The property was named after the friendly cat named Ducati who in return may ask for a head scratch or just a pat he is very friendly :), straight out the front door there is a large Koi and goldfish pond with a waterfall, The property is well shaded nestled amongst the gum trees and the eggs are from their free range chickens which you can see located not too far from the villa, there is free parking and plenty of space as the property is on around 2 acres.I am certain you will not be disappointed and you will be completely relaxed, one final thing to add that it's close to everything you need for all that the Hunter region has to offer.Brett.
