My mum recently went to flight centre Raymond terrace and spoke to Jackie about flights going to America. She didnt want to go through LA as it was to hectic. Jackie offered 2 flights. One going through LA and one with Qatar airlines stopover at Doha and entry to Atlanta (one of the busiest international airports in the world) Mum thinking this was it and not being a confident flyer or knowing much about flights, agreed to book the flight. No mention of how long this flight is. The flight with Qatar is a 30hour in the air flight.Atleast 10 hours more then other flights. Mum didnt know this until picking up her airline tickets weeks after. Rang Jackie who basically blamed my mum . The flight attendant for Qatar airlines was gobsmacked that they were on that flight when they are a lot cheaper, quicker flights available. Anyways not sure about other flight centres but dont go to Jackie at Raymond terrace. Thinking she gets a hefty commission for booking Qatar or she just doesnt want to help or know how to do her job.
We are totally impressed with flight centre at Raymond Terrace. Unlike some travel agents in town they listened to what we wanted, offered great packages and were very proactive with great communication. . In particular Karla went above & beyond! Great work.
