Legends,no dramas here ever,medical certificates and general help
NOT A GOOD PLACE AT ALL!!!!!, I was using this place for convenience as I live in the street I have sustained multiple injuries at work and it has left me with disabilities, all things were going along well at first and as I am an injured worker, The owner back in 2016 (Parminder) insisted I pay nothing at the store and he would bill the insurance company... BIG MISTAKE!!!! the insurance company was taking too long and I always offered to pay and I will chase them but he refused and said "it will be ok".... on one visit Parminder wasn't there and there was another chemist working in his position and when I went to receive my prescriptions the man said that the store owes me part of one of my prescriptions as they had run out of this stock and wrote something on the box... next time I went in the Parminder was back and he expressed that the insurance company still hadn't paid so I said no worries I will pay today and chase them.... no problem... I then told him that he owed me for the missing medication from a prior visit.... and he just exploded swearing his head off in front of his staff and customers and went on a continuous rant saying "our system is perfect and you are a liar, I have no record of this on our perfect system" and he even denied the other man working there to cover him and just kept screaming abuse at me with all the colourful language you could think of "YOU'RE AN F%^KING LIAR!!! amongst other abuse.... I was VERY shaken and upset but after he demanded one of the girls to escort me out of the shop treating me like a criminal and then said "NO I WILL ESCORT HIM MYSELF!!!", On my way out of his shop I paid my account in full and went home to grab the box and returned, as I was walking up to him I held up the box and politely said this is what the other man wrote on the box.... and from 6 feet away he could see that I was telling the truth..... he then gave me what I was owed in medication and just said an empty sorry...... I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN AND RECOMMEND NO-ONE TO VISIT THERE EVER!!! I have never met such a PIG of a man in my life!.

Worst chemist! Staff are rude, not helpful. The Indian male pharmacist tried to tell my husband that he is addicted to codeine and that nurofen is not for pain.. makes sense ah Not! apparently buying 2 or 3 packets (between two of us might I add) of nurofen in just over 6 months makes you a drug addict. Totally uncalled for. Funny thing is his petty little staff members that were eavesdropping even had a little giggle! He then noted under his name that he can't buy it again in the future. I think this poor man hasn't had the correct training in my opinion. Just glad I wasn't there at the time, and I recommend no one else tries to get some headache tablets from this joker.
