Nice clean store and helpful staff. I think the new party section is a waste of space but overall a well maintained store
Stock on hand good. Customer service good. Staff in party shop appeared busy talking to each other though. Had everything I was looking for.
New look and I was able to find everything I needed this year and didn't have to go into Newcastle!
As usual my visit was great. Found all I wanted, had my hair and nails done. Everyone very friendly staff all throughout although it's their busiest time of year. Thank you Market Place.
First and last time to this store today. Had to approach 3 staff in store to find basic things as it was laid out really illogically, nothing priced correctly to match the product price label and the actual item on the shelf. Went to check out and of course the item was wrongly coded - surprise, surprise. it took them 15 minutes to sort out a price for an item of $4, I had to physically take the staff back to show them, they moved at absolute snails pace and wouldnt even process the rest of my items waiting to be rung up so when they finally sorted out the pricing defect, still snail pace to even start processing the rest of my stuff. Pathetic service, I wont enter that store again.
