I have been going to Hannahs nails for the past 2 years. I have visited a few other nail salons in between but no one compares. I always end up going straight back to Hannah anyways to fix others mistakes. All the staff are always so polite. Would 100% reccomend.
This place is the best nail place Ive ever been to! They take care in what they do and I couldnt be happier! Will be my usual nail place from now on!!
Daughter's first manicure, and the experience was half satisfactory.The greeting was fast and not too much wait. But the smallish shop had no ventilation and stunk of chemicals, really bad. Put on a face mask, but the stink got to my eyes and lungs.Perhaps because the customer was a young teenager not a lot of care went into doing her nails and essentially it was just an average manicure, where the spillage around the nails was obvious.All five Vietnamese employees present were conversing with each other and laughing (in front of customers) in their native language, which was rather rude.It is not too much to ask for a people to have a working knowledge of the language of the country they have a business dealing with customers. Perhaps a consequence of the loophole Australian migration policy had, including Nail Technicians and other menial position in the Skilled Migration list: Thus so many of these people poured in using sham certificates. Daughter does not want to go back.
